Working of System:
  • Allotment of Card to the farmer in Marshall Yard against the Indent.
  • Gross-Weighment by the farmer using the card.
  • Weight Display at Jumbo-Screen after stabilization of the weight.
  • Authorization by the Supervisor using the remote device.
  • Recording of the transaction in (*.avi/*.jpg) format.
  • Gross-weighment Purchee printing.
  • Tare weighment using the same card
  • Authorization by the supervisor and Tare-weighment purchee printing.
  • Card swapped and returned by the farmer to indicate completion of transaction.
Features:
  • Requirement of only one person (Supervisor) to carry out the whole weighment process, simultaneously on no. of weighbridges (Gross & Tare)
  • Totally Human intervention free weighment system.
  • Fast weighment process.
  • Interactive System; provides verbal information at every stage of transaction.
  • Still image of every transaction is recorded for future reference.
  • Transaction Authorization done by the Supervisor to check any discrepancy while weighment.
